Shipping, Handling and Packaging

Shipping calculations are based on the weight of the items purchased, price is calculated in the shopping cart based on the zip code your package is traveling to. All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We ship Mon-Fri. Sat & Sun are not normal business operation hours.

Delivery Time

Your products are made fresh upon ordering so please allow for Production Time plus Travel Time via USPS Priority Mail!

Priority Delivery is (usually) 2-3 Business Days anywhere in the US.

Travel Time

Is based on working business days M-F in addition to Production Time!   Lavender Love reserves the right to substitute product or back order an item(s) to be shipped at a later date should they not be available at the time of order.

Production Time

Lavender Love is a small Home Based Business and your products are made fresh upon ordering!   Most orders are processed within 5 Business Days (M-F not counting weekends and Holidays). Sometimes your order may take longer to process due to fluctuations in the pending Order Load.   Larger orders and wholesale orders will take longer to process.

If you need your order by a certain date contact us to make arrangements.

Return/Exchanges

For consumer safety and due to the natural nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns.

Packaging Materials

We only purchase biodegradable packing peanuts as we care for our environment. However, we do recycle other packing materials as some of our suppliers send us styrofoam peanuts and instead of just throwing them away we will re use them in our packaging. Please recycle where possible. Thank you!
